This book presents the fundamental aspects of the classification, etiology, and differential diagnosis of this uncommon neurologic condition and provides a summary of the genetics and neurophysiology of dystonia. The remaining focus is on the practical aspects of nonmedical, medical, surgical, and chemodenervation therapies.
